Valerie Toussaint, a Haitian-American fit and fashion model originally from New York currently residing in Atlanta, GA. She recently graduated from Georgia State University in May of 2017 where she obtained a Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology/Speech Pathology working in both the mental health field and Fashion industry.

She always wanted to be a model since the age of nine and did everything possible to learn and attain any information necessary to become who she wanted to be from seeking out modeling and acting classes as a youth to watching America’s Next Top Model, faithfully.

As she grew older she began to immerse myself more into the craft wholeheartedly and submitted to walk for local fashion shows as well as reaching out to brands and online model calls of all kinds in hopes of making it onto an agencies board.

In 2015, she was offered a modeling contract by Factor Chosen Model Management (now MP Model Management) standing 5’11 wearing a dress size 14 in which those numbers have aided me to be a part of my agencies curve and full figured division.

She currently works with popular brands such as: Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, JC Penny, Belk, and SPANX - enjoying every minute of it. "What I love most about being a full-figured model is that there are no time limits meaning the career of a plus model can be long-standing when you’re consistent."

Her end goals are to travel more and propel my career as an international plus-size model, and also a woman who is an advocate for all things body positive as well as bringing awareness to the cause and effects of mental health primarily focusing on depression and social anxiety.
